As a frequent jetsetter, my one traveling rule is – no matter how tired you are, never look like it getting on and off the plane! But that doesn’t mean you need to miss your flight because you spent an hour applying makeup. When it comes to traveling, less is always more. So, here are my 5 easy steps on how to become a trendsetting jetsetter in a matter of a few minutes:

Step 1 - Always begin with moisturizing your skin. I like to use a tinted moisturizer with SPF 30. This keeps the skin supple and protected. Try Stila’s Sheer Tinted Moisturizer. I absolutely love it because it’s an oil-free moisturizer, sunscreen, and medium coverage foundation all into one.

Step 2 - Use waterproof mascara. No matter how long your flight is, this guarantees that your mascara will not run and leave you with those unflattering raccoon eyes. Try my personal go to favorite – Clinique Gentle Waterproof Mascara.

Step 3 - Freshen your complexion by dabbing a bit of cream blush on the apples of your cheeks. I love the Illamasqua Cream Blusher. Try it in Rude for a hot, sultry feel or Promise if you’re feeling sweet and delicate.

Step 4 - The easiest way to claim your trendsetting jetsetter status is by rocking bright lips. It’s a travel must! I like to use a moisturizing lipstick with SPF like the Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupte.

Step 5 - Finish off your look with a finishing powder like the Pur Minerals Perfectly Natural translucent powder. It not only sets your makeup but also helps to balance and maintain your look.

Try my five steps and look fabulous no matter where you are off to!
